2025 Annual General Meeting + BBQ lunch
We’re excited to invite you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Living Positive Victoria, along with a complimentary BBQ lunch.
The Board of Living Positive Victoria warmly invites our members and supporters to our Annual General Meeting and BBQ lunch.
The BBQ and social will begin at 12.30pm on Saturday, October 18, at the Positive Living Centre, 51 Commercial Road, South Yarra. Come share a chat, a bite to eat, and connect with community before the formal proceedings begin. A range of dietary options will be catered for. Please select your options on the registration page.
Our AGM will commence around 1.30pm, featuring the presentation of our Annual and Financial Reports, community awards, and a special announcement about our future direction. It is more than a formal requirement. It is a moment to reflect, reconnect, and look ahead together. This is your opportunity to hear from the Board, celebrate our shared achievements, and help shape the direction of our organisation.

Board nominations have Now CLOSED
As part of our regular governance cycle, THREE positions on the Board of Directors are open for nomination.
Board members hold a governance role, focused on strategy, oversight, and accountability. They help guide the organisation’s long-term direction, support the CEO, and ensure Living Positive Victoria stays true to its mission as a community-led organisation.
If you are a full member, share our values, and want to contribute to this work, we encourage you to consider nominating. An election will be held only if nominations exceed the number of available positions.
Nomination timeline:
Nominations close at 5:00PM on Friday 5 September 2025.
Each nomination must be supported by another full member of Living Positive Victoria.
