Positive Migrants and Bi+ Community: Hiking & Boat Trip

Join us for a peaceful afternoon in nature with a guided walk through Yarra Bend Park, followed by a gentle rowing session at Fairfield Park Boathouse. This is a joint community event by Positive Migrants and the Bi+ Network, created as a welcoming, supportive space to connect, breathe, and spend time together outdoors.
This event is open to:
- People living with HIV who have a migrant experience, and
- People living with HIV who identify as bisexual, pansexual, or under the bi+ umbrella
- You are very welcome if you sit at the intersection of these identities, or connect to either community.
Meeting point will be sent to you upon registration.
What to expect:
- A relaxed walk through riverside bushland at Yarra Bend
- A calm rowing boat experience at Fairfield Park Boathouse
- Time to connect with others in a supportive, peer-led space
- Fresh air, gentle movement, and community connection
Spaces for the boats are limited, so registration is essential. If your plans change, please let us know so your spot can be offered to someone else.
If you have any questions, please contact the coordinators:
Sarah Feagen at sfeagan@lpv.org.au or Emil at emil@lpv.org.au
We look forward to sharing a gentle afternoon of movement, water, and connection with you.
