Planet Positive Winter

Join us for a fun and welcoming event hosted by Living Positive Victoria! Everyone is invited – men, women, trans, and gender-diverse people living with HIV, along with their friends, partners, and families. Enjoy delicious food, complimentary drinks, and a chance to win great door prizes in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

Planet Positive is a place where our whole community meets. It is a time to connect with others, hear what is happening at LPV, and bring anything you would like to our attention.

For this edition, we are excited to add a new activity to the afternoon. We will be joined by two professional dancers from Colombia, who will guide us through a fun and gentle dance session to help warm up our bodies during the colder weather. Everyone is welcome to take part in whatever way feels comfortable, whether that means dancing, learning a few moves, cheering others on, or simply enjoying the energy. If you are keen to join in, you might like to wear something comfortable so you can move freely.

We will share delicious food and you can enjoy two complimentary drinks provided by LPV. There will also be a free raffle with lovely door prizes to add a bit of fun to the day.

We know it can feel a little nerve wracking to come to something new. If you are feeling unsure, please reach out to Carles before the event. On the day, our volunteers will be there to welcome you and help you find friendly faces.
You are welcome to come as you are and join us for an afternoon of warmth, movement, good company and community connection. Your presence helps keep these spaces strong, joyful and community centred.
