HIV, COVID, and many other of life’s challenges can, at times, stretch our capacity to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Trish Thompson is a counsellor with years of experience working with people living with HIV. At this Taking Charge Peer Support Network event, Trish will help us explore and share about some of our challenges. Peer Support Network member Robert Grant will also share his personal story with HIV Associated Neurological Disorder (HAND).

By the end of the session, we’ll have a whole list of useful strategies to help deal with many of life’s emotional icebergs, which will hopefully help set us on the road to achieving the ‘quality of life’ we each want.

Partners/carers welcome.
