Want to feel more confident navigating HIV-related legal and migration frameworks in Australia? Join us for our online Know Your Rights workshop! This session is ideal for anyone new to understanding their rights in Australia or looking to better grasp the migration system.

We’ve teamed up with HALC (HIV/AIDS Legal Centre), a crucial partner bringing extensive experience in supporting people living with HIV. HALC provides diverse support, has developed vital resources like their Positive Migration Guide and disclosure guides, and offers post-workshop referrals if needed.

During this workshop, you’ll delve into legal and anti-discrimination frameworks for HIV disclosure and transmission in Victoria. We’ll also provide practical insights into Australian visas and migration with HIV, alongside guidance on accessing essential legal support and services. Crucially, it’s a space to connect, share, and learn from others’ experiences.
