We’re Hiring: Programs Manager
Living Positive Victoria is looking for a dynamic Programs Manager to lead the design and delivery of our core programs.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to:
✔️ Oversee health promotion, communications, research, and policy initiatives
✔️ Drive innovation and strategic program development
✔️ Foster inclusive engagement that reflects the lived experiences of people living with HIV
✔️ Influence organisational direction and contribute to a positive, empowering workplace culture
We’re seeking someone with:
🔹 Strong leadership and program management experience
🔹 Strategic thinking and financial literacy
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
🔹 Commitment to equity, diversity, and the values of Living Positive Victoria

💼 Full-time | SCHADS 7.1 with salary packaging
