About our project: the FLIP Fund

This year, LPV is again fundraising for our FLIP Fund, a vital source of emergency support for people living with HIV who are experiencing financial crisis.

The FLIP Fund provides direct financial assistance to community members who need help to get back on their feet. Through an approval process, it supports people returning to work or study, and assists those who may be struggling to access our events, programs, and services. For many, this assistance can mean the difference between isolation and connection, or between hardship and the chance to rebuild.

As a small community-led organisation, we know how powerful even a small amount of support can be. Donations made through GiveOUT Day go straight into the FLIP Fund, ensuring that people living with HIV in Victoria can access emergency assistance when they need it most.
