Important update to the Taking Charge Positive Self Management Program
Living Positive Victoria and Thorne Harbour Health in partnership with the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation of NSW are improving access to the Taking Charge Positive Self Management Program by lowering the minimum age to participate to 40. This important change will give an opportunity to a larger cohort of people who can benefit from the valuable knowledge and skills gained in participating in the program.
Positive Self-Management Program workshops:
A 2.5-hour session per week over 6 weeks.
We are planning on doing another two workshops in the first half of this year. The first one will be online via Zoom commencing around late February/early March and the second one we hope to do in person around early April. Previously, we have been running the workshop on a Tuesday night 6pm-8.30pm and we also hosted one on a Saturday morning.
If you are interested in participating in this workshop, we would like to hear from you what your availability is. Would you prefer a Tuesday or Wednesday night or a Saturday morning? We’d love to hear from you by the deadline of 10 February.
