Taking Charge Peer Support Network: Nutrition and Wellbeing

Learn how to prepare inexpensive, nutritious meals, eat better, and live a healthier life with Melbourne-based Accredited Practising Dietitian Gina Stevens.
In this session, Gina will share practical nutrition tips and a compassionate, real-world perspective on living well with HIV. The talk will encourage a future-focused approach to personal health, and there will be time for questions during a Q&A.
Refreshments will be provided after the talk.
This session is specifically designed for people living with HIV aged 50 and over.
