Call for nominations
As Living Positive Victoria celebrates 30 years of advocacy and community partnership we are looking for passionate people to continue responding to the emerging issues and changing demographics in the HIV epidemic in Victoria.
A strong and effective board will keep people living with HIV at the forefront of the response. This will require a passionate team to align with the vision of your organisation to see a world where people living with HIV live their lives to their full potential, in good health and free from discrimination.
Beyond ensuring the good governance of the organisation, elected Directors will play a significant role overseeing the implementation of our Strategic Plan 2018 and Beyond, as well as supporting staff, volunteers and stakeholders through new opportunities and challenges as we advocate for the health and wellbeing of the HIV community in Victoria.
This is a terrific opportunity for strong leaders who have a genuine passion for advancing the rights of people living with HIV.
Nomination Process

| Postal vote to members | Friday 14 September – Friday 12 October (voting closes) |
| Results announced at Living Positive Victoria AGM | Thursday 18 October |
Note: There are a total of nine (9) positions available. Six (6) of these positions must be held by full members of the organisation and are elected in by members. The remaining three (3) positions are open to individuals who choose not to disclose their status or are not living with HIV. Those three positions are voted in by the Board. All interested applicants are encouraged to apply at this time.

- Supporting Statement
Applications including the Board Nomination Form and the Supporting Statement MUST be submitted to info@livingpositivevictoria.org.au no later than 11:59pm on 10 September 2018.
